"The series of photographs in Out of Stock explores the farming industry from the perspective of its possible disappearance from the countryside, and questions how long the traditional farmyard environment as a place of work, will continue to be an important part of our landscape. The focus is on sheep as a commodity, the farming practice surrounding them, and the psychological significance that can be generated in the manner of their depiction".
